COFFEE FARM: “La Teresita”
For years, Raul has been producing specialty coffee in his farm “La Teresita,” located in Barbosa, Antioquia. Named after his mother, the farm sits on the central Colombian Andes, at an elevation of 1,650 meters MSL (5,413 ft). Most of his knowledge comes from his father, who was also a coffee farmer in the region.
Coffee plants in “La Teresita” grow happily among banana and plantain trees, as well as surgacane.
The coffee produced here is characterized by its medium acidity and sweet aroma. Delight your senses with its tasting notes of sugarcane, blackberry, and green tea.
